Refund policy
Sky's the Limit reserves the right to issue refunds or accept returns at its discretion. All orders must be paid in full prior to completion. For in-person payments (if approved), items must be collected within seven (7) days; otherwise, they may be made available for resale, except in cases where prior arrangements have been approved. Customers who choose to utilize the designated pickup box acknowledge that Sky's the Limit is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage once the item has been placed in the box, unless the issue is the direct result of an error by Sky's the Limit.
